Mood and sleep
See how rest, routines and your feelings move together, without turning your mood into a score to beat.
Some days feel heavy for reasons that are hard to name. Over weeks, though, small things often line up: a late night, a quiet weekend, too much news before bed.
Patterns comes with a Feeling tracker already set up, with a list of common feelings, pleasant ones first. Each feeling is checked for patterns on its own, so “Anxious” and “Tired” can tell different stories.
Ideas to try
- Log a feeling once or twice a day, whenever you notice it. A word and a number is enough.
- Add Sleep, either by hand or from Apple Health.
- Use When it happens to see if certain feelings cluster on particular weekdays or times of day.
Be kind with what you find
Seeing that low days follow short nights isn’t a verdict on you. It’s information you can use, or simply hold, at whatever pace suits you.
If you're going through a hard time, Patterns isn't a replacement for support. Talking to someone you trust, or a professional, can help.
