A gentle daily journal
Write a few lines each day, add where you were and the weather, and look back on the small things.
Not everyone comes to Patterns looking for answers. Some people just want a private, calm place to write down their days.
Patterns includes a Journal tracker with space for text, a place and the weather. Over time, the calendar fills with small dots that each hold a memory.
Ideas to try
- Write one line a day, or one a week. Either is fine.
- Add a Grateful for tracker with a few choices. You may find that certain things, like time outside, quietly line up with calmer days.
- Attach a photo when something feels worth keeping.
